2006年董事长吴燕斌先生创办美菰林。同年，向国家商标总局申请注册“美菰林”商标。
ThecompanypresidentMr.WuYanbinfoundedtheMeigulinCompanyin2006.Inthesameyear,theapplicationfortheregisterofthetrademark“MEIGULIN”wassubmittedtotheNationalTrademarkBureau.
2007年兰孚商标申请注册，同年，邵武美菰林卫生用品有限公司成立。美菰林第一款自主研发的足部抗菌乳膏正式面市。
Thecompanyappliedforthetrademark“LanFu”in2007.ShaowuMeigulinSanitaryProductLtd.wasfoundedinthesameyear.Thefirstproductofanti-bacterialcreamforfootdevelopedbyMeigulincametothemarket.
2008年兰孚商标与美菰林商标通过相关部门正式审批。美菰林的产品由福建市场走向全国市场。同年，泉州分公司成立。福州总部划分为终端组及渠道组。兰孚乳膏升级为真菌清霜，凭借这款深受大众消费者喜爱的产品，成功与福建医药连锁巨头新紫金医药达成合作协议。
Thetrademarks“LanFu”and“MEIGULIN”wasregisteredin2008.TheproductsofMeigulinwerenolongerlimitedinthemarketofFujianprovince,andcametothenationalmarket.TheQuanzhouBranchwasfoundedinthesameyear.TheheadofficeinFuzhouwasdividedintotheTerminalDepartmentandtheChannelDepartment.TheLanFucreamwasupdatedtoafungalcleansingcream.Withthispopularproduct,wereachedanagreementofcooperationwithXinzijinMedicine,whichisaleadingmedicalchainenterpriseinFujianprovince.
2009年美菰林公司建立自主研发中心，为美菰林后续的产品研发与品质提升打下坚实的基础，并从国外引进多台先进设备。公司成立了连锁事业部，团队进一步壮大。同年，真菌清霜在重庆地区获得了“十大金牌产品”的荣誉称号。

2010年经过公司专家多年精心研发出的兰孚足癣宁足浴液顺利获得国家发明专利。同年，美菰林茶树试种植基地正式建成。

（一）美菰林被评为市知名商标。
（二）公司与全国医药连锁巨头海王星辰医药连锁、上海华氏药业达成合作协议。
（三）公司旗下品牌增加至七个（兰孚、美菰林、宜纺洁、灵儿欣、锐力虎、芙洁尔、植素堂）。
（四）美菰林被评为“重合同守信用”单位。
（五）公司正式递交由国家科技部、国家财政部认定的高新技术企业及双体系认证申请（ISO9001质量管理体系认证、OHSAS18001职业健康安全体系认证）。
（六）美菰林总部设立了企划部、营销部、厂部、行政人事部、财务部、技术部等6大部门。上海、四川、漳州、三明、宁德、南平、龙岩、厦门相继成立分公司及办事处。
（七）美菰林澳树佳生物科技有限公司正式成立，从而为萃取出纯正的茶树精油打下了坚实的基础。
（八）美菰林获得治疗足部真菌感染乳膏药物组合及其制法专利。

2013年年初，美菰林公司向国家监管部门递交了成立美菰林微生物研究所的申请，并获得审批通过。同时，美菰林向知识产权局再次递交了5项发明专利申请。
